The Department of Microbiology at Avicenna Laboratory has obtained certificates for accurate and precise results in several categories

We are pleased to announce that Avicena Laboratory received INSTAND certificates several categories, as part of the regular external quality control in November:

• Parasite Microscopy
• Bacteriology
• Infection Serology

External control programs for the operation and performance of a laboratory are accepted worldwide as a necessary tool for objective evaluation. This provides additional control and security in the accuracy of the analyzes and the published results.

These certificates confirm once again that all tests performed in Avicena Laboratory are accurate, precise and top quality, controlled and certified by the renowned German institute INSTAND.
