Reduced prices and increased testing capacity for COVID-19

Starting from November 16, 2020, all molecular tests for covid-19 are with reduced prices. These are the new reduced prices:

– Molecular test for SARS-CоV-2 detection                 2.600,00 MKD

– Re-testing for COVID-19 (Molecular test for SARS-CоV-2 detection)            2.400,00 MKD

– Multiplex Real-time PCR test for simultaneous detection of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A/ Influenza B and RSV      3.000,00 MKD

Besides the fact that Avicena Laboratory has opened a new space for receiving and sampling patients for the Covid-19 test, which is completely physically separate from the rest of the laboratory, at the same time, the capacity for Covid-19 tests has tripled on a daily basis.

Namely, Avicena Laboratory has already installed a highly sophisticated modern robot system for fully automatic processing of samples for molecular diagnostics, which is the only one of its kind in our country. This increases the capacity to perform tests and reduces the time to obtain a result.
